12 Mac & Cheese Recipes... Please!

Print

It's been such a hectic week that my kitchen hasn't had too much action. But on those long days, one of the easiest and quickest dishes I can whip together is a comforting dish of good, ol' macaroni and cheese. I don't know very many people who don't like mac and cheese. With so many variations to this, I know I just can't go back to cooking from the "blue box." If you need some inspiration or want to try a different spin on this classic standby, check out these 12 Mac & Cheese Recipes... Please!

This is the most recent version I've made & probably my most favorite!

Made with gruyere and sharp white cheddar, this has a nice bite...

Love lots of butter & cheese? This one's for you!

From Ina Garten, this one is a little fancy but so so good...

This one is all about a creamy texture with a subtle hint of tang...

Inspired by fondue, this one incorporates swiss cheese topped with bacon...

Monterey Jack & Colby is the cheese combo involved here...

In an effort to squeeze in some veggies, try this one with broccoli mixed in...

Chef Rick Bayless gets the credit for this recipe with the addition of salsa!

A super creamy version with buttery bread cubes for crunch...

Try serving up these in muffin form... with a little healthy secret mixed in!

Got leftovers? Cut them in cubes, bread and fry them for tasty nuggets!

I agree. This is mac and cheese heaven. I love that you've made so many variations. I have to admit this is one area I don't experiment much. I have two favorite recipes and I tend to make them often because they are such crowd pleasers. Probably should experiment more.
